Los habitantes de la urbanizaci\u00f3n Lagos I en el vecindario de Floridablanca, insistieron con vehemencia al Se\u00f1or Arzobispo por la erecci\u00f3n de una parroquia en el sector. Monse\u00f1or H\u00e9ctor Rueda Hern\u00e1ndez el 1\u00ba de diciembre de 1991 accedi\u00f3 a la petici\u00f3n y en atenci\u00f3n a la comunidad religiosa, que resid\u00eda en el sector, la llam\u00f3 San Agust\u00edn. El primer p\u00e1rroco el Reverendo Padre Fray Rafael Castro Moreno O.R.S.A.<\/p>\n
